The third project, Shape-Shifter of ‘Find Your Light’, aims to go beyond the bag's original shape limit to recreate the heritage of LOUIS QUATORZE by applying physical deformation to the bag. We explore the possibilities of contemporary art on the border between fashion and art with the ten artists.

*Shape-Shifter: The meaning of a Shape-Shifter is that able to change form or identity at will, especially: a mythical figure that can assume different forms (such as animals). In mythology, folklore and speculative fiction, shapeshifting is the ability to physically transform oneself through an inherently superhuman power, divine intervention, demonic manipulation, sorcery, spells or having inherited knowledge. Numerous stories historically accumulated and cases project the human desire to transform their shape.
LOUIS QUATORZE has successfully carried out the 'Find Your Light' project with young artists since 2020. The "Light" is the central theme of the 'Find Your Light' series. LOUIS QUATORZE provides an opportunity to share cultural diversity and energy based on the brand network and yearly recognition.
This project is a production culture collective formed by craftsman Eun-Hak Kim and craft and design researcher Jung-Eun Lee. It has started planning, production, and research activities based on comprehensive research on social phenomena, history, people, and regions related to craft and design.
Jung-Tae Kim is a visual artist and director of the studio GABARDINE. The works of studio GABARDINE moves their genres without limit, from graphics to motion images for the album covers of the musicians and promotional videos for various brands and magazines. It pursues a multi-dimensional sense and superfluous visuals that offset the Uncanny Valley felt in 3D graphics work.
