A unique certificate is provided with each product. This certificate contains information about your item as well as the date and store of purchase. We invite you to keep it as we do not offer duplicates.

Louis Quatorze Warehouse pays particular attention when preparing each order to ensure the product is delivered in new condition. If for any reason you have received a product with a defect or damage, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible.
Returns & Exchanges
All requests for returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving the item (even for defective items). Once confirmed items must be returned within 14 days. Please note that the deadlines are based on KST (Korean Standard Time).
We invite you to contact Customer Service before making any returns or exchanges within 48 hours of receiving your order. Product availability must be checked first for exchanges. When sending a refund request for defective or wrongly shipped items, please include detailed pictures of the item(s) along with the order number, product codes, and a written explanation to Customer Service.
If non-defective items are sent to Louis Quatorze along with defective items, the buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs. Returns and exchanges must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached.
You may return the product to us within 14 days of reception by following the procedure indicated below.
We invite you to contact our Customer Service who will notify you of the agreement for the return. Your package contains a pre-printed return label to be affixed to the parcel. Drop the package off at any DHL Express point. Be sure to keep the proof of return which will allow you to track the package.
