Guidance on the Transfer of Personal Information Following Spin-off.

As of October 1, 2021, the business sector of the company for manufacturing and sales of bags and ornaments (hereinafter referred to as "the target division of the business sector") will be governed by the provisions of Articles 530-2 through 530-11 of the Commercial Act and divided by an equity spin-off (hereinafter referred to as "this spin-off"). As stipulated, a new corporation called Creation L Co., Ltd. will be established, and even after this spin-off, the company plans to continue operating business sectors including management support advisory, investment business, and rental business in the normal manner.

 Due to this spin-off, we would like to inform you that the company will transfer the personal information of customers and counterparties held by the company in relation to the target division of the business sector, as well as the personal information of the company's executives and employees performing work related to the target division of the business sector, to the newly established corporation. The new corporation will safeguard the transferred personal information and use it solely for the purpose for which it was collected at the time of transfer.
